At DieCut Mafia, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy below.

Custom Products

All custom stickers, banners, decals, signs, labels, and other personalized products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by DieCut Mafia.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, dimensions, and order details before placing an order.

DieCut Mafia is not responsible for errors submitted in customer-provided artwork, including:

Spelling or grammatical errors

Low-resolution images

Incorrect dimensions

Color choices provided by the customer

Transparent backgrounds or unwanted design elements included in uploaded files

Color Variation

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may differ from printed products.

Slight color variations between digital proofs and printed products are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue was caused by DieCut Mafia, we will remake the order or issue a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

DieCut Mafia is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS

UPS

FedEx

Weather

Holidays

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us through our website or email us before requesting a return or refund.

By placing an order with DieCut Mafia, the customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce any uploaded artwork, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material. DieCut Mafia reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws.
